1. Registration and login

1.1. Create an account

To place an order on our webshop, you must first register:

  1. Visit our website.
  2. Click “Create Account” at the top right of the page.
  3. Enter your company details such as name, address, email address and telephone number.
  4. Set a secure password.
  5. Click “Create Account” to complete your registration.

After registration, you can log in at any time using your email address and password:

  1. Click on “Sign in”.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click on “Log in” to access your customer account.

2. Product selection and ordering process

2.1. Browse products

To find products you can:

  • Use the categories on the homepage (e.g. toilet paper, paper towels, napkins).
  • Use the search function at the top right of the page to search for a specific product.
  • Use filters to sort products by properties such as size, material, or quantity.

2.2. Add products to the shopping cart

If you have found a product you would like to purchase:

  1. Click on the product to open the product page.
  2. Select the desired quantity.
  3. Click “Add to Cart” to add the product.

2.3. Check shopping cart

After you have added products to your shopping cart:

  1. Click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.
  2. Check the products, quantities and prices.
  3. If everything is correct, click “Checkout”.

3. Order process and payment methods

3.1. Address and shipping options

  • Enter the delivery address for your order.
  • Choose one of the shipping options offered (Standard or Express).
  • Check if discounts are available for bulk orders or regular deliveries.

3.2. Payment methods

We offer various payment methods:

1. New customers
    The first order of new customers must be paid in advance, except for        Peppol e-invoices.

2. Prepayment
With this payment method, the invoice must be paid in advance before the goods leave our warehouse.

3. Peppol
The Peppol payment option is based on a digital e-invoice that we store in our system.

4. Invoice
With this option, you will receive the goods before paying the invoice.
• If the invoice is paid within 14 days, we grant a 2% discount.
• Otherwise the invoice is due within 30 days at the latest.

4. Complete your order

4.1. Order overview

Review your order summary, including products, quantities, shipping costs, and total amount. Make sure all information is correct.

4.2. Submit order

If all the information is correct, click "Submit Order." You will receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your order.

You can view past orders in your customer account:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to “My Orders”.
  3. Here you can view all orders, check the status or place a new order.

If you would like to repeat a previous order, simply click “Repeat” in your order history.
